Nicholas Rivas is a Texas Licensed Real Estate Agent and graduate of Tarleton University. Before joining Kelly, Realtors full time he served at Campus, Realtors from 2020-2023, and has valuable experience as a country club general manager. His past profession provides him with unique insight, innovative ideas and experience in numerous multi-million dollar projects. Being bilingual is an added benefit and he is comfortable communicating in Spanish.

Nicholas is also a real estate investor with experience in home renovations. He is an active participant in MLS listings and sales. When not working he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, golfing, and traveling.
